“When I am silent, I fall into that place where everything is music.” — Rumi⁣

Experience the nourishing, connecting and transformative power of sound… and the blissful silence that complements it!⁣

This heart-opening weekend will feature kirtan (call and response singing), a sound journey with guided meditation and singing bowls, japa mala mantra chanting, and a selection of deep listening practices.

There will also be solo time for journaling, walking the beautiful trails, practicing yoga asana, or breathing in the silence! ⁣

Nurture your heart, your voice and your nervous system while you cultivate deeper connections with yourself, others and the world around you. ❤️⁣

We will stay in small individual cabins, cook for ourselves (simple ingredients are included!), and gather in the beautiful Thabor for our group sessions.⁣

The weekend will offer a balance of sound and silence — sound when we are together and silence when we are alone. (I will offer optional journal prompts, and other reflection tools if you wish to use them during the silence!)⁣

All COVID requirements will observed, and full refunds will be issued if we are unable to meet as a result of COVID.

This six-week session is a nourishing journey into the heart of connection where you will experience the dynamic, transformative power of being fully seen and heard while deepening your capacity to see and hear others (including family, friends, or the students, staff or clients you work with).

Like a soft familiar blanket, this journey will wrap you in warmth. Like a good meal and a hot bath, it will nourish and rejuvenate you. And like a long talk with a trusted friend, it will reassure, inform and inspire you!

🌼 the sessions will feature my inspiring and engaging *i hold space* card deck (having your own copy of the deck is ideal, but not required)

🌼 each session will be based on one of the six ESSENCES of holding space from the deck (welcoming, presence, attention, openness, boundaries and empathy)

🌼 together we will explore one EMBODIMENT card for each ESSENCE through teaching, reflection, conversation and the beautiful practice of dyads

🌼 we will gather LIVE via interactive (and community-building!) Zoom calls

Experience the rejuvenating, clarifying, reassuring benefits of holding space as we practice together in dyads AND feel more equipped, confident and energized to hold space for others with ease and authenticity (even in challenging and uncertain times).
